They received a set of musical instruments for use in the project that received USD18,000 under the UNESCO Participation Programme

It is expected that over the next few months, the recruits (12-23 years), primarily from the Parade Gardens community of Kingston, will avail themselves of the opportunity to learn a new skill that could lead them to a career in the performing arts and to become a positive influence on their peers.
