New Vice Chair, IFAP

Cordel Green has been elected Vice-Chairman of the International Bureau for UNESCO’s Information For All Programme (IFAP). He will represent the member states of Latin America and the Caribbean (GRULAC).
Cordel Green is the Executive Director of BCJ and Chair, JNC-UNESCO C & I Advisory Committee.
