This 2nd Forum aims to build the momentum towards articulating a global policy framework for disaster risk reduction and management as a means to sustainable preservation of documentary heritage.
It is part of UNESCO’s strategic support to policy makers, memory institutions, and other stakeholders seeking to implement the UNESCO Recommendation concerning the preservation of, and access to, documentary heritage including in digital form.
