Within the framework of the IX INTERNATIONAL MEETING CULTURE COMMUNICATION MARKETING AND COMMUNITY/MIL CITIES held 24-25 January 2023  in Havana Cuba, Mayor Mr. Delroy Williams  was presented with the Aspiring MIL City Award/honor for his efforts to make Kingston a MIL City or Media and Information Literacy City.
